Amtrak Tragedy in Port Richmond

Congressman Brady offered his deepest condolences to those affected by the Amtrak train derailment, especially the deceased, missing and their loved ones. "My thoughts and prayers are with those injured and for their recovery.' The Congressman also stressed that his number one priority, at this time, is the well being of the passengers, crew, and their family. "In the coming days, weeks, and months we will learn more about the cause of this tragedy and the steps we can take to ensure it doesn't happen again."

Committee on House Administration

As Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration, Congressman Brady is responsible for monitoring the daily functions of the Hill, including the Capitol Visitor’s Center and the 1,300 member Capitol Police force. Additionally, he helps lead the Committee’s oversight of the Smithsonian Institution, the National Zoo, and the Library of Congress.
