The Annual White House Easter Egg Roll
The President and First Lady will host the annual White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 13, 2009, on the South Lawn of the White House.
This year’s theme, "Let’s go play," encourages America’s youth to lead healthy and active lives.
Children, along with their families, will be able to enjoy sports, cooking classes, live musical performances, storytelling and the traditional Easter egg roll.
Tickets are available on a limited basis and distribution will take place on-line. The tickets are free, but not guaranteed. Visit www.whitehouse.gov/eastereggroll for more information and to receive tickets. Adults are welcome to attend, as long as they are accompanied by at least one child ten years old or under. Tickets are required for every attendee, including small children and infants.
